6) Minimum Order Quantities: You will appreciate that due to the nature of our products & the fact that they being Handmade, certain costs have to be incurred irrespective of the quantity. We have therefore worked out the following MOQ’s to be followed not as a thumb rule but a general guide.

 

Description MOQ’S
1) Natural Handmade Papers
( Base Handmade Papers)

500 sheets per colour. 1000 sheets if the colour has to be specially made

2) Value added Handmade Papers

500 sheets per design in Approximately 2-3 assorted colours. In this case if the base paper colours are special, the MOQ will change.

3) Products

Minimum Order Quantities: In case of our regular products where no customisation is required, you can mostly pick up material ex-stock and hence the MOQ’S are small. In case of customisation, the MOQ’S would be:

7) Lead Times: The lead times would depend on the quantity and extent of customisation required, and it would be best to give you an idea on an individual basis, after understanding your requirements.

8) Sampling Policy: We can proceed to fabricate your samples once we have understood your requirements. We charge a nominal amount for the sampling along with the actual courier cost.

9) Enquiry: We shall request you to kindly spare a moment to send us a mail from the ‘Enquiry’ link along with the following details as far as possible.

a) Preference of type of papers. (Handmade, Recycled Kraft, Mill made)
b) Preference of colour.
c) Type of printing (Screen, Offset)
d) Value addition required if any (Embossing, Foiling, U/V, etc.)
e) Dimensions (Width, Height, and Depth in cms.)
f) Description of the product as far as available.
g) Specific usage to which the product will be put.
h) Order quantity.
i) Date of delivery.
